Sinigang - yet to try


  • pork - boil for 1 hour, remove water add new water , continue to boil
  • 2 tomatoes, green , red
  • tiny amount of ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 lemon 
  • 2 tsp salt
  • eddo
  • veg
can use tamarin paste, not the sweet kind. or rubarb
