Pasta Carbonara

My best carbonara made yet!
Took advice from a French dude (from France... Ooo la la - wonderful accent!) I went on a couple dates with.
Cook everything, take it off the heat then add the egg...
Ingredients :
Garlic
Bacon!!
Parmesan 
Milk/ cream
Some onion
Egg
Parsley
Salt and pepper

Ta da!
(Wish I had fresh parlsley)
