Pancit
- longhou vermicelli and E& B brand Egg stir fry noodle - soak for 10 min in water.
- Satay onions , garlic
- add chicken
- salt, pepper
- celery, carrots, beans - diagonal thin sliced
- add oyster sauce and soy sauce
- water
- simmer for 20 min covered
- drain separate sauce and meat & veg
- to sauce wisk in Mama sita's Achuete ~achiote powder dissolved in cold water (half a teaspoon to teaspoon) - bring to boil
- keep stirring in noodles until cooked and not dry
- add cooked meat and veg.
- soy sauce and lemon to taste
