Running

I should run to build up stamina for squash.
Or maybe walk, then build up to a run.
It hurts my shins. And squash hurts my knees.
Getting older blows.
I should start Yoga - *yawn* - Im sure its good for me.....

I hate being the chaser.
I want to be the chaseee.

Chase me dammit!
Chase me like squirrels do it in the spring time.
Do it!
