I didnt want to get tired of making Sotanghun all the time, so I decided to make regular chicken soup - which actually has more ingredients.
- chicken breast (better than dark chicken - leg or thy - for the soup) - cut into small pieces.
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- chopped carrots
- chopped celery
- chopped onions
- chopped garlic
- minced or finely chopped ginger
- italian herb spices
- small pasta noodles (any kind)
Add cooked pasta last. Ta - da!
