Some use a chicken soup base but for some reason my mom doesnt add that and it tastes so chickeny wonderful! - No idea how she does it.
Anyhoots here goes:
- Soak Longhou Vermicelli in water, set aside
- onions & garlic
- equal amound of ginger (ahhhh :) )
- chicken - small pieces
- you can add veggies if if you like
- salt - to bring out flavor
- pepper
- add water for soup
- simmer it for a bit to bring out flavor - I guess....
- Add noodles
- Add chopped green onion to flavor
- maybe some roasted garlic?
