I wonder if the amount of heart ache one experiences now,
determines the amount of amazing joy one will feel when they do find the right one.

Pasta Carbonara

My best carbonara made yet!

Took advice from a French dude (from France... Ooo la la - wonderful accent!) I went on a couple dates with.

Cook everything, take it off the heat then add the egg...

Ingredients :

Garlic

Bacon!!

Parmesan 

Milk/ cream

Some onion

Egg

Parsley

Salt and pepper

Ta da!

(Wish I had fresh parlsley)
