Dude! Seriously. I just finished doing a talk to a small seniors group and  2 out of the 7 were falling asleep. I was standing about 7 ft away from them and I made sure my voice was intonative and projected enough. I had powerpoint and pictures and handouts and props, I drew diagrams even, I asked them questions.................. (*insert the sound of crickets chirping here*).

Man, I gotta do something different next time!

One thing that has reverberated throughout the past 2 years is the basic idea of "cleaning house".

As Oprah mentioned in the videos posted previously, some people that surround you are life suckers.

Literally suck the life out of you. And, unfortunately, its usually people that have "horrible lives"

Some can handle their own shit. Some people are more self aware of what is their shit and the shit other
people cause. They can own their shit. Take responsibility for it.

But others, the life suckers, blame everyone and everything for their misery.

And if you hang around long enough, even to support them to try to help them, they end up dumping their own shit on to you.

Some things in life are out of ppls hands, not under their control. Yet some things are controlable. Yet people dont realize this. And the world just seems to happen TO them.

Im tired of walking on eggshells. Im tired of lending out a hand and having it slapped with a yard stick. Because after a while, going back to this is not helping a fellow man, its self abuse. Abuse of who it is I want to become.

Anyhoots, this blog was not meant to be deep. So just focus on the new word. Negatorious.
